Hi, I’m Dr. Alice Nelson-Sidibe.
Founder of ClarionPoint Advisors. Life Strategist, Educator, and Executive Coach.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside capable women executives and founders navigating seasons of growth, transition, and increasing responsibility—not because they lacked talent or capability, but because clarity had become crowded out by complexity.
Complexity within their organizations. Complexity within their families. And the quiet complexity of navigating both at the same time, where so much is expected and so much rests on their shoulders.
Because growth does not just expand the business—it expands the weight of leadership.
Successful on paper, yet quietly navigating the complexity of scaling, leading, deciding, and carrying more than most people realize.
Steady on the outside—while managing higher-stakes decisions, competing priorities, evolving family responsibilities, and identity shifts beneath the surface.
Present at home for the moments that matter—school transitions, changing family dynamics, aging parents, important milestones, and the emotional labor that often goes unseen.
No longer able to do everything, know everything, or carry everything alone.
And somewhere in between, many begin asking:
“What is the next best move—for me, my leadership, and what I’ve built?”
That is where our work begins.
My work is organized around a simple truth: leadership doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens across your entire life.
The Leadership Clarity Ecosystem places clarity at the center of four directional domains—Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading Across, and Leading Forward. Each domain represents where leadership actually occurs: not just in your professional role, but in every space you inhabit.
When pressure increases, it doesn’t stay contained. It moves through you—and into your ecosystem. How you regulate internally shapes how you show up externally. How you communicate under stress shapes how others respond. How you carry pressure influences the tone, trust, and clarity around you.
Leadership clarity, then, is the ability to recognize when pressure is shaping your behavior—and choose how to respond before it shapes your ecosystem.
Through guided reflection, strategic thought partnership, and dedicated space for clarity, I help women quiet the noise long enough to hear themselves again.
Together, we create space to:
✨ Untangle competing priorities
✨ Strengthen decision-making under pressure
✨ Reconnect leadership with identity and values
✨ Create greater alignment between ambition, leadership, and life
✨ Lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention
With 18+ years of experience across leadership, talent strategy, learning, and organizational transformation, my approach combines research, real-world application, emotional intelligence, and structured reflection to create lasting clarity.
As a practitioner-scholar—grounded in both the academy and the field—I bring a perspective that bridges strategy with the deeply human dimensions of leadership. I currently serve as a Lecturer at the Wharton School, where the same integration of scholarship and lived experience informs my teaching.
My work is grounded in the belief that leadership is not only about performance—it is also about stewardship.
Stewardship of our gifts. Our influence. Our relationships. And ourselves.
While I work with women from diverse backgrounds and beliefs, my perspective is deeply informed by faith, wisdom, compassion, and the belief that we are more than what we produce or carry.
That grounding shapes not just what I do, but how I hold space for the leaders I serve—with care, conviction, and a deep respect for the wholeness of the person in front of me.
It is clarity.
And the cost of losing it often shows up everywhere.
If you are navigating growth and want to lead without losing yourself in the process, I invite you to connect.
No pressure. No obligation. Just dedicated space to think clearly about what comes next.
